This 7-Day Home Wellness Reset Challenge is designed to help you breathe easier, rest better, and feel more balanced—all without leaving your home.
Day 1: Clear the Air: Your environment affects your wellbeing more than you think. Today, focus on the air you’re breathing. Clean air improves your energy, reduces allergy symptoms, and helps you sleep more soundly.
- Open your windows for at least 15 minutes to let in fresh air.
- Wipe down dusty surfaces and clean or replace your air filters.
- If you have an air purifier, run it for the entire day (and night!) to remove allergens and pollutants.
